Guy taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude. When we spoke to a manager about it, she didn't seem to care. When we checked our receipt, they had only charged us for half of what we ordered. When we waved the manager over, she automatically knew what we were going to say (which leads me to believe it was done on purpose) and told us it was a mix up with another person's discount (we got the 2 for $4 and two medium hash browns and biscuits and gravy). The hash browns and biscuits and gravy weren't even on the first receipt and she clearly wasn't going to fix it unless we said something ?. So we had to pay another transaction just to get what we ordered the first time. Absolutely hor...
although the staff is low. my wife and I forgot the order. another woman sat before us and waited half an hour before her meal. we wait for 20mins still a woman and her family could eat her in the time, only because one of the employees recognized her as regular so that her work prioritises us. although it is irrelevant to complain about eating, but that was quite honest. if they go to this bk, don't disturb, they drive into the foot. it thru is faster, but I can't fit my long bed through it.
I was the only take out order and I was served last. I had seen that the drive through screen was full, so I waited patiently. What had gotten on my nerves was the manager went outside to take his smoke break, leaving 1 cook to do everything by his self and leaving me waiting for a single sandwich for over 15 minutes. This is probably the worst customer service I have received in Bloomington, and this is why I will no longer go to Burger King on this side of town.
Really disappointing. We ordered and used a coupon. They gave us our total. We drove up to the window to pay. They lost our order and gave us a different total (several dollars more), explaining that they lost the order so they couldn?t honor the price. We could afford the extra dollars, but it was more the principle of it. They messed up and instead of just asking for the codes again, they wanted to charge us more. We declined and went elsewhere.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. It's clear why the restaurant was empty during a busy lunch hour—I was the only customer there. I ordered and paid nearly $10 for a meal, but I ended up receiving the wrong order. When I called to explain that I couldn't just go back for a replacement on my lunch break, the management offered to “put my name down for a free meal” next time. I don't think that's a satisfactory solution.
The friendliness and cleanliness met the chain's standards, but the meat was dry and lacked the great taste of Burger King's signature Whopper. It probably wasn't the best choice for dinner after 7 PM.
Food was made fresh, person taking the order was helpful and polite. The restaurant was absolutely freezing. We were going to eat inside but it was so cold we got it to go..
This is a typical Burger King, featuring good service and the usual menu items. I haven't been inside the restaurant, but the drive-thru is quick and the staff is efficient.

The best Burger King I've visited is located on Southport Road in Indianapolis near I-65. However, I would rate this particular location only three stars.
the best burger king in the city. if that means a lot. the staff is friendly and eating came fast.
