This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The ?manager? marquese was extremely unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to berude. Once I asked for a manger he spitefully claimed to be the manager and was rude when I asked for the store managerinformation. He and his coworkers were laughing and making jokes about the situation the whole time. I?m sure the owner of thatlocation would hate to know that someone like that is who they have in charge. Just got a cold whopper. This is 2nd visit within a couple weeks and I took another gamble, patty cold on both visits. Hello health department... As I got my food couldn't help but notice a guy inside at customer side of counter reach over handling cashregister to take his own order. Some shady characters here. Also has a sign on drive thru stating they are out of lettuce andtomato. Upper management please use this date 11/28 around 6:45 pm to run your cameras back, You will be shocked. All should beterminated immediately

I love their fries! The small sizes are decent if you’re not very hungry. The Red Onion Pinole is fresh and comes in a half bag. BK fries taste a bit too processed for my liking. I’d love to see some organic, fresh-cut wedges on the menu!
Burger King has beautiful, patient, helpful, and friendly staff. The dining area is clean and pleasant. The food is always served hot and tastes great. They consistently get my order right from their menu.
