Burger King - Reserva de mesa

I was just trying to get a quick bite to eat one day, expecting it to be better than McDondlads, and as I approached the Burger King, I noticed that the front doors were locked, both of them! So I checked the hours and they were open but had their doors locked. I even tried the side door but it too was locked as well. I even saw a vehicle go through the drive through moments earlier. I even read the nice sign that read ‘dining room now open’. What a horrible experience! I went hungry that night, thanks Burger King.

Greetings, tonight at 8:45 pm, I had another extremely bad experience with a young lady, she's the manager that works at night, she knows I'm a regular customer, she treats me rude purposely, tonight she was rude, mean, disrespectful, loud, and dismissive, I've called customer service multiple times, I'M REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A DISTRICT MANAGER, the hire PROCESS that bad that a regular customer complaints are being OVER looked, Karma is real! God don't like ugly.

I’ve tried this restaurant several times, but each time I ordered a fresh burger, it was served cold. I even mentioned that I didn’t mind waiting for a fresh one, but every time I took a bite, it was lukewarm at best. The fries were always cold too. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I visited the Burger King in Lombard, IL on St. Charles Rd today, only to discover that they no longer have the Mix Match deal. I left without placing an order, feeling quite disappointed.

Most of the time, this place is on the spot, but recently he has been blurred. Orders are slightly wrong, but only some of the time. Otherwise it's a good BK.

I love the Whopper, and my partner enjoys the chicken sandwich, while my child can't get enough of the chicken fries.
