I bought a sandwich that was made wrong, it wasn 't the first time it happened but it was the first time I sent a message in the app informing the error. I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked for the lunch to be made according to my order. I received an email asking for more details to investigate what happened. this place was very decent for an almost food restaurant in worcester, ma. but every time I go, it gets worse and I just go a few times a year. well, I have gone a few times, but that's the last stray. I don't know how to prove this, but I brought my 2 ten year old daughter tonight and even they noticed and commented on how strange the drive thru clerk is we admire us and seemed a little too close to us for comfort to begin. 5 minutes after eating I realized why they admired and now, 6 hours later all 3 of us are sick and have been back in the bathroom every 20 minutes. Edit: After I've been here a few times, I think his common problem with almost food now steer. eating is old and cold, waiting is incredible, and the people who work here are pretty filthy. Actually, I'd make it clear from now on. there are other options close to that are much better. it is regrettable because I have always preferred burger king mcdonalds, but no longer.
