Burger King - Reserva de mesa

Please hire staff who genuinely care about their work. The employees during the late shift on Friday were quite lackluster in their efforts. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal that was supposed to come with two sandwiches and two fries. It was bustling in there at 9:30 p.m., which I assume was due to high demand. There were cars waiting to get their food. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich was disappointing. I paid extra for cheese, but it was missing from both sandwiches. One of my sandwiches had only two oddly shaped pieces of chicken instead of the proper portion. It seemed like the staff were too lazy to prepare the correct chicken pieces for the sandwiches. Well kept, clean, and recently remodeled which looks pretty nice honestly. Service could have been a bit less slow (though I understand that's all down to staffing issues), and I wish it was more clear where you're supposed to stand in line to order. Other than that no complaints!

The bathrooms were all filthy and had trash flying around. The drinking station was a disaster, extremely sticky and messy, and the dining room tables were dirty with flies near the windows. If possible, I would give zero stars. The environment was absolutely gross.

What a dump. Had to wait 20 minutes for order. When it was brought to car everything was 'dumped ' into bag. Sloppy, messy. 3rd time there10 pm service was horrible. Will never go back. This is why other chains are busy and this BK is dead. Mgr Tucker didn 't care. Reserva una mesa ahora

Unorganized and dirty . staff didn't get anyone's order correct poor girl in the back up to her elbows in soapy water manager sends her out with an order that was made incorrectly. The chicken fries were like rubber I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BURGER KING AGAIN!!!!!

constantly swear and fall n words in the back loud enough so that they can hear during sitting. listen to music that should not be heard in a public institution, and if they use a voucher, they give them less food. less frying, tomato, pickles, salat etc.

I received flat soda and when I asked for a fresh one, the server rolled her eyes at me and went to the window to laugh about it with her coworkers. I will never return to this restaurant. There are plenty of other places where I can quickly grab food.

We got here on 7/17 at 11:45.pm 2 guys were outside smoking but wouldn't help us at the drive thru. When we finally drove up to the window the guy says we are closed. The hours are perfectly shown on the window being open till midnight. Reserva una mesa ahora

Place makes some decent bk burgers but they just take Soooo long sometimes. Atleast they get their orders right....ehm McDonald's

May 25 2022, the most rude and uncomfortable person taking orders at the drive thru. Really impatient and a bad listener.
