After about six months, we decided to revisit Burger King store #12817. Our last experience in the drive-thru was disappointing, but this time it was even worse. I thought fast food was supposed to be… fast. We entered the drive-thru at 1:38 PM and waited for someone to take our order. After finally placing our order, we moved forward and waited once more for the line and for our food. When we reached the window, it seemed like only two people were working. We paid for our meal and waited again. We finally received our food at 2:19 PM. This was unacceptable! I don't think we'll return again. I've tried to overlook these issues because of how close this place is to my home, but after four years of the same disappointing experiences, I'm starting to wonder if my expectations for good customer service are too high, or if this restaurant just consistently falls short. I'm leaning towards the latter.
I don’t usually write reviews like this, but having worked in hospitality myself, I understand the challenges involved. I know these jobs may not be the most esteemed or well-paying. However, if you choose to work in this field, you should aim to put forth your best effort, because my patience as a customer is running out!
The staff was extremely rude, and I won't be coming back. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes without anyone responding, so we drove up to the window. When we explained to the man there that we hadn't placed our order because no one answered the intercom, he snapped at my husband, saying he was "busy," instead of just asking us to hold on for a moment.
This Burger King is easily the slowest I've ever been to. They frequently mess up orders, and when you bring it up, the staff tends to make you feel like it's your fault. There's often an employee at the back door smoking or just lazing around. Is it really worth driving the extra 5 miles to the one on Highway 60 in Brandon?

Cashier charged for 3 drinks, only ordered 2. Both the breakfast sandwiches were wrong. Ordered no cheese, both had cheese. Soda machine was improperly working. Was only dispensing syrup. Floors wet and slippery. Men's toilets not flushing. Food was awful.Worst experience ever at Burger King.
Five stars for the staff. They are always polite and the food is always fresh. I've never been overloaded, I never had a problem solved. I always come back, although it takes longer than I want. Can't say that for every Burger King, but this is worth waiting.
I wish I could give zero stars. Haven't eaten at this location and years and was praying it changed. I think it has gotten worse. Bad horrible customer service. If you want fast food do not go here. 42 mins in drive thru is bananas.
Your chicken sandwiches are amazing! I can order the same four items for my meal here and save $2.90 compared to what I paid at McDonald's. (That includes a cheeseburger, chocolate milk, two cookies, and ice cream in a cup.)

I don't eat much fast food, but I have to say this Burger King is clean, any time I was here. Love that you can get a fast, cheap burger with all toppings. I don't like her fries, but I'm very picky when it comes to fries.
The service was somewhat slow, but not too bad. The cashier at the drive-thru was friendly. The food was average—nothing particularly exciting.
