I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. It was hands down the slowest service I've ever encountered. I waited for almost an hour with only six cars ahead of me, and it felt like everyone was taking their sweet time. I was stuck behind a car that ordered two Whoppers and a Coke, and I waited behind them for a frustrating 17 minutes. I will never come back to this location; it’s simply awful. I can’t believe they're still in business.
I arrived close to closing time but was pleasantly surprised to be able to order a chocolate milkshake without any issues. I didn’t receive the typical response about the milkshake machine being broken or out of service. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely give this place five stars!
This is a terrible Burger King! The staff is unprofessional and dishonest. The lobby often shows as open on the app and online, but in reality, the doors are usually locked. The drive-thru service is consistently slow and uncomfortable. If they can't operate as a convenient fast food restaurant, they might as well just close down!
We went through the drive thru, there was only about 7 cars ahead of us, and it took at LEAST 20 minutes to get our order. My paid cash, with exact coinage, and the guy gave him back 4 bucks and some change, we were owed 5 bucks even. So pay with a card, fast food workers don't know how to count or use a cash register... One of the friendliest people I've interacted with in a long time works here. The service was surprisingly excellent—definitely deserving of 5 stars just for her! As for the food, it's Burger King, so you know what to expect; it's pretty much what you'd anticipate.
One of the few places I could find open at 7pm on a sunday. Extremely fast food and service. Welcoming. Wish it were easier to get into as it might be the most difficult-to-access fast food in the northwest area.
Excellent staff ...went 3 times and everything food was off the broiler ...proportions of sauce Excellent. This is my go to burgers king for a whopper fix! Wish more stores were like this
