I went Friday and was a little shocked by the total and had to ask for my receipt. I returned the next day and was told I needed cash. I went across the street and returned to a line. I saw a manager walk out and a different manager walk in as the line grew. Neither manager came to tell the customer's in line that the system was down. As cars pulled off and I got up to the speaker I tried gaining the attention of anybody inside. I pulled around to the window to see a worker talking to a manager. Nobody had a headset on to tell customer's the system was down. I already pass one burger king to come to this one. I guess I'll have to travel further for another burger king.
The food here is excellent, but this is undoubtedly the slowest fast-food drive-thru I've ever experienced. I've visited this location 2-3 times recently, spaced out over several weeks, and each time I've spent at least 20-30 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. Additionally, their drive-thru has a frustrating curb setup on both sides, making it impossible to exit if you decide you've waited too long before reaching the order speaker. While the food is fantastic, the long wait times are making me think about going elsewhere in the future.
Worst fast food establishment on Stage Rd or in Bartlett. Was charged $14 and some change for 2 chicken patties. Staff, what little they have are rude and don't care and they can't even get their own menu items correct. They also manipulate theirservice times by asking you to wait before pulling up to the service window in the drive through. Sadly, this place has operatedlike this for years so really it needs to close and go away.

Ordered food at 9pm . Store closes at 10pm..My door dasherq called me at 920 when burger King is open and told me burger King told her they are closed , this burger King is never open they leave the lights out and never answer when you pull up to the drive through . But I guess there doesn 't need to be consistency at a chain right? Pathetic franchise ownership
Doesn't seem like this location is rebounding from the pandemic yet (I think I last visited early this summer). I put a mobile order in at 2 pm, thinking I'd get in and out. Boy was I wrong! Sat for 12 minutes total, and 3 minutes next to the speaker before anyone acknowledged me! They need to reclassify this out of the fast food category!
Orders are always correct and the food is good, but I will not be returning because I can see through the windows that staff are cooking and handling food without masks!! They speak to each other maskless and handle the food at the same time, risking contamination and illness. This location would be perfect if staff respected guidelines.
This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I know many people say that about various locations, but this one truly stands out as the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs. I'm honestly puzzled as to how it's still in business.

Ordering process wasn?t horrible, and expected to receive food. Was told that their system was down and we couldn?t receive a refund as a result as ?our orders never showed up?. Avoid it if you value your time and money.
