I like coming to this Burger King because I have family working here. However, I was disappointed when I couldn't redeem a free burger from a T-Mobile promotion, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful or concerned. Since I had already driven there, I bought a burger anyway, only to find out that no drinks in the dining area were available for refills. They also encouraged me to use points from their online system. To make things worse, the dining room was completely blocked off without any explanation or safety reasons, forcing customers who wanted to eat in to sit at the tables at the far end. I'm uncertain if I'll be coming back.
I'm not sure what's happening with this Burger King, but their dining area has remained closed since the pandemic, and it's been that way for several years. They don't seem to have any intention of reopening it soon, focusing solely on drive-through service. That's understandable, but they should at least notify customers, so people don't waste time attempting to dine in. It's quite frustrating.
The staff is extremely friendly, the food is tasty, and the restaurant is quite clean. It's a great spot to stop just off the freeway. I often have dinner here because Burger King is my wife’s and my favorite fast food option. Vegetarian options are available, including the Impossible burger.

I guess they no longer offer broiled burgers. I spent over $20 on two burgers and a large fries, which was anything but large. For the prices you charge, there are plenty of better options out there. I probably won’t be back.
Wow! It seems like the restaurant is under new management. The burgers were juicy, and both the burgers and fries were delicious! The staff was fantastic as well!
The indoor area closes at 8 PM, and the staff were very rude, which prompted us to leave. It's clear that their employees need some training.
I really love the one in Natomas, but I don't have much of an opinion about the West Sacramento location.
