I just went to get 2 for $5 whopper King and they were rude and the guy was on a personal phone call. He gave me a burger with cheese and unions. What is going on in this place ??!! I’ve been living in this area for 29 years always got a good burger. It seems they don’t care enough about their customers. Don’t go there !! They can’t be bothered with normal service let alone with good decent service. We’re paying customers it’s not free !! Cant just throw a bag of food a a person and just take it and eat whatever is given to you!! Upset !!
The people that work here are absolutely incompetent. Many times i have been to this burger king and they always screw up every time. You pull up to the drive through, guy asks if you want cheese or no cheese, i had to make it very clear to him that i wanted no cheese on my burger, he said ok, no problem. I go to pick up my order and of course it has cheese. All the sandwiches here are premade and have been sitting and not made to order. Not once or twice but at least 6 times they have made this mistake
I went through the drive-thru and encountered three different employees over the span of ten minutes asking for my order through the speaker, only to say "one second" and then disappear. I assumed they might be overwhelmed, so I tried to be patient. When I finally got to the window, I saw seven people working inside. Once I got home and opened my burger, I found it was basically a mayonnaise burger, to say the least.
I visited this Burger King and had a very disappointing experience. The staff struggled to understand English, which led to my order being incorrect three times. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I encountered an argument instead of assistance. I will not be returning, as the service was truly unacceptable.

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes hot fresh (on point) and other times cold and unsavory. They'll still make you wait an eternity for cold food and don't compensate long waits with free food or upsizing. But on the upside, As long as they keep taking coupons I'll probably still go. Lol
This Burger King can only handle 1 order at a time going through drive thru! Plus, I had rewards that weren't applied because the window cashier was incompetent! AVOID THE DRIVE THRU AT ALL COSTS!
ask for tweebel rings. they were almost cold. very warm. no heat. I went back to the drive-thru and got hot, but I had lost my taste for her.
Excellent burgers, the right balance of veggies, meat, and sauce. No after taste. My son loves the nuggets, they are such great value.

My food was cold, the soda was diluted, and it lacked seasoning. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience eating cold food.
