I was given a regular sandwhich instead of a plain . My child would not eat the sandwhich. I called Burger King and spoke to Julio. He was very sorry for the inconvenience and replaced the entire meal for me. I was very happy that he was so accommodating. I am a regular at burger king and I appreciate the customer service I received
