The drive-thru was poorly organized. The inside lane was moving at half the pace of the outside lane, which seems like a mistake on the staff's part. The food preparation line was exceptionally slow for a lunch rush; they were likely trying to avoid mistakes, but it didn't help. I waited 13 minutes for a Double Whopper and onion rings, during which two orders were remade. Nobody seemed happy, including the staff and most of the customers. I think I'll try a different time next visit.
The best burgers on the planet, with friendly staff and a clean environment. On April 14, 2022, my order was mixed up, but it wasn't a big issue! I appreciate the creativity at the Mayfield, Kentucky Burger King. However, on April 24, 2022, I noticed that the receipt paper seems to be in really bad shape. It's surprising that there hasn't been any attention to this issue. Owners of Burger King, you could easily pick up some new receipt paper at Walmart or any office supply store!
The drive was badly managed. The inner track moved two cars to one for the outer track. That's employee fault. The Prep line was incredibly slow for a lunch break; they probably tried to prevent errors, but that didn't work. Two commands were remade while I waited for a double whopper and rings for 13 minutes. No one was happy to be there, including the crew and most customers. I'll try another shift next time.
8/3/22 10am stopped for breakfast, good was good but the young black haired girl was rude. I asked for extra butter for pancakes , I guess that irritated her she huffed and puffed but finally tossed on on my tray, I'm sure she won't be employed long with that attitude. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family! The service was excellent. What really moved me was when an older man came in asking about the prices. The manager offered him a similar dish at half price. It was a remarkable gesture!
This Burger King is outstanding! Every time I dine here, my order is always fresh, hot, and accurate. I highly recommend this location over others. I’m willing to drive 23 miles to eat here rather than just 12 miles to the nearest one to my home.
Our order was 40 it. Was 2bacon king med combos, a 2 for 6 a small hamburger for 1.79 some mozzarella sticks for 3,99 so does this mean 2 combos were 10 dollars each and the girl at the window wouldn't check it for us
