Burger King - Reserva de mesa

I reserve a click collect menu. It is nowhere stipulated that recovery is only at the counter. Despite my apologies, the manager Ingrid refused to give me my order at the drive-thru even though I had just waited in line. She made me finish the line and come back to the counter to get my order. The fries were cold, the manager refused to give me hot ones. What sense does it make to start in times of crisis and for fast food. I will not return to this restaurant again. The manager was obnoxious and looked down on me in front of all the staff. I thought Burger King staff were better than this and better customer trained. We are like animals in this restaurant. Order taken at the drive-thru on 01/07/24 no rush in progress, after checking the bags, one of the drinks is missing, no sauce added despite them having been ordered and indicated on the receipt, therefore obliged to go to them claim. No napkin even though it’s a drive-thru order so it’s take-away and even better, no spoons to eat the ice cream. We will come back for the professionalism of the person who prepared the order! reception and quality service. good relation quality price with fries better than to mcdo to take away: no support of cup for 1 person so it turns into the car.
