Took about 30 mins to get my food. Put in a mobile order at 6:22, arrived at 6:38, someone discarded my order and I had to replace it at the location and I didn't even receive my food until 7:10. One of my wraps was also very poorly made...

We walked in, had 1 person in front of us, waited over 5 min after they were done w/ other person, only ordered 2 coffees 2to go. They had to make it, forgot to name it, then waited 10 min for coffee that tasted like hot water.
The person in line ahead of me had the wrong order, and instead of asking them to pull up, they made them wait at the main window. Then, they also forgot part of my order, and to top it off, they completely forgot my drink.
I got the bacon and swiss crispy chicken sandwich. Wow! So much flavor and plenty of bacon. I was greatly impressed.I went through the drive through. Service was timely and well done. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food was good, but the cashier should take their time and listen more carefully instead of rushing through the process.
The atmosphere was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We had a great time visiting the Burger King in Norwalk, Ohio.
I didn't make a purchase at Burger King because their system was down, and I couldn't log in to access the discounts.
