I came here today for lunch and there was only 1 other car in line when I ordered, I ordered 3 things from the value menu and they asked me to pull forward and wait in a parking spot for them to bring my food out for me. I waited 15 minutes so decided to drive around to check and see what was going on. I guess they had my order sitting up on the table the whole time and forgot about me. When I got to work ready to eat they forgot to put any of the sauce I asked for as well. Really bad experience and nobody there was even decent at speaking English. You get what you pay for I guess but not going here again.
I visited two locations in Fort Worth. The first one I tried at 5:53 AM was closed, despite the sign saying they would open at 5:30 AM. I went to another location and arrived at 6:10 AM; this time they were open but nothing was ready. I was told to wait 10 minutes for the cookies to be baked, even though they were supposed to be open by 5:30 AM. What’s going on with the staff not showing up on time? And where is the management in all this? I hope the cookies turn out hot and delicious, and I’ll be sure to share my thoughts afterward.
On September 22, 2022, I encountered a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The lobby was still locked at the stated opening time of 6:00 AM. I knocked on the door multiple times, but no one responded. I noticed a Hispanic worker playing on her phone, seemingly ignoring my presence. It's disappointing that the door was locked when it was supposed to be open. I would like a refund for my McDonald's.
This place is not too far from my home, so it's convenient. However, even if you smell freshly cooking burgers you won't get one. Ever. Their food is served quickly, but it's always served lukewarm to cold. Staff was not very friendly either. If they would figure out how to serve hot food, it would be really good.

Ordered a 2 for $5, chicken fries and quarter pounder. They had me pull around to wait for fresh chicken fries. I had to wait a little, so they asked if I would like extra chkn fries. I asked if I could have the $1 frozen lemonade instead. They gave me both. Great staff working Monday afternoons. Sweet window gal.
OMG came all the way from Carrollton to eat at this Burger King just to have the best customer service, Ronaldo is an amazing employee that all of the stores should have, he has the patience to review your order and to make you enjoy your meal with a big smile………
Went to sample Rodeo Double Cheeseburger from Mansfield locations to Kennedale. It is still advertised BUT when you go to order it they say it's not available. Why advertise something you don't plan on selling?
My grandchildren wanted their drinks as cold as possible. My youngest spilled his, so we ordered another one a few hours later. Fortunately, we managed to find a different place. Food: 4/5.
