I'd give 5 stars but honestly the employees seemed to be more interested in talking amongst themselves and ignoring us at the drive thru after we got our food ..they just stared at us and literally blatantly did not want to address what we needed ..just napkins and a couple ketchup packets. I believe they thought I had a complaint but regardless customers should not be disregarded at the window for any reason...they were young so I gave them a lil talking to(I mommed em) and I was understanding about it. We were literally the only customers at the drive through as well as the dining area ...so again I say blatantly disregarded maybe a team meeting should be put in place frequently with stand...
For the last five times I have ordered the BK Junior it has been ice cold. Not even a little bit warm. I'm not sure what it takes to get a hot Burger but this is ridiculous. Reading all the terrible reviews tells me that the owner doesn't see these or they don't care. When we have gone in on many occasions the ice is always out of the drink machines. One time the patty looked like there was a bite taken out of it. The manager was loud and obnoxious. The place was filthy. I have lived here 30 years and I have never seen it this bad. The soda machine was out of almost everything. It's very sad. I used to love burger king.
I only go to the drive-thru so I can't speak to how clean the inside of the restaurant is. Apparently it's a common complaint of the reviewers. I've been there twice now and both times the hamburger patties were hot the cheese actually melted and the burger was still warm when I got home 20 mi away in Elma. If you go to the Elma location? The burgers are stone cold when you get them the cheese won't even melt. Since I moved to Elma I had started saying I hate Burger King, but now having burgers from the Aberdeen location I actually love Burger King again :
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to an employee named Colin. He was an extremely polite and friendly gentleman, and his service was outstanding. Every Burger King could benefit from having someone like Colin. He clearly knows what he’s doing! He greeted me with a handshake as I arrived and bid me farewell with another as I left. Thank you for the fantastic experience, Colin! You truly are the King!

The BK in Aberdeen was disgusting. Been there many times but never saw or expected what I saw. Buns in play area (which is closed) were broke open and scattered on floor) which was disgustingly dirty. I believe they were short staffed but many places are. No excuse for the filth. If can't do better then what I saw it should close. An embarrassing to city to leave open.
The Aberdeen Burger King quality has really gone downhill. I they were out of lettuce for awhile, but it didn’t reflect on the price of their Whoppers. Today we go there just a few pieces of lettuce NO TOMATO. The place is dirty with plenty of trash laying around.. Maybe it’s just a sign of the times, because I got a BandAid wrapper in my Whopper at the BK in Elma…
This has to be THE worst Burger King I have ever been to. It seems like the machinery is always broken and the workers have the most horrible attitude ever, that includes the supposed store manager. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER Eating there again. Maybe they should work for McDonald's to get some sensitivity training.
Pay attention to the reviews. Flies? Trash? Horrible service? This is, without a doubt, the worst Burger King I've ever visited in my life. I consume a considerable amount of fast food, and I can confidently say to eat anywhere else.

The food is quite good, but be prepared for long wait times. I'm not sure if they're short on staff, but this is the slowest fast-food restaurant I've ever visited. I do appreciate their $1 fries or onion rings available on the app!
Had great service today. Ordered a cheeseburger a small drink and small fry. Employee didn't charge more than $5. Heck I'll come here once in awhile now.
