Burger King - Reservar una mesa

I was on vacation with my family in France and we visited the city of Metz. I took my two kids to this restaurant and considering that it has a spacious playroom, my kids loved it. However, I didn't appreciate their service very much: the burgers are served cold, the fries aren't well cooked.
