It's fast food. I really appreciated the employees who assisted me, particularly the cashier. I understand that rush hour can be stressful, but sadly, some customers don't seem to grasp that. The issue lies not with the service or the food, but with the staff being under-staffed. It's not the employees' fault that the owner doesn't hire enough people! Jose was one of my favorites – he's very attentive to customers' orders and incredibly nice! Please consider hiring more staff, as that is the only problem here. While we can't control rude, messy, uncivil customers, having more help would definitely improve wait times! Much love to you all!
It’s fast food. The service was disappointing. The manager constantly expressed disdain for their job and the restaurant, which set a negative tone. Our order was incorrect, and it took a long time for the food to arrive. We chose not to complain, but the experience was disappointing overall. It seemed like there weren't enough staff members on duty. However, we might give it another try in the future to be fair.
Went to try out there taco 's I 'm the only customer ordering. A family was already eating in the eating area. Waiting 10min. Figured they have drive through. 15min pass. I go up and ask... After two other people ordered and recieved their orders. They lost my order? Sorry, just venting

Use your coupons here very beneficial. I look forward for their weekly coupons in the mail. Also you can download their app its convenient.Me and my family go here often and we love it.Always clean and full staffed when I visit.The staff is accurate on the orders.
People were nice but understaffed. 3 people 1 on break. Too much for 3 people. Cheap owners lack of concern for staff the main purpose the customers. It's all about the MONEY!!!
Stale environment, no music. Feels cold. Food is what you get, make sure you order the impossible burger without cheese or Mayo (so you know, the vegan offering is vegan)
one of the worst fast food experiences I 've had recently...but, you know the old saying. you get what you pay for ...I will not go back to this location.

The only burger king that does mobile order which is great and pretty convenient but it seems like they are always out of something.
I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets got 8 and they were not hot.
