SABRINA! The manager on duty was so freaking rude to her employees. The employee ringing me and my husband up was so patient and polite! But Sabrina would definitely ruin an employee’s day with how she speaks to them. She got annoyed with her worker because the worker kept needing her approval of our free food that we acquired with our points. The worker was only doing her job and calling her to approve the transaction but she completely ignored her and didn’t acknowledge her calls. So the employee had to keep calling her until she turned around and told her to “WAIT” in a scolded tone. If she would have simply acknowledged the first time she called she wouldn’t even have to call her name so...
One of the huge plus factors about this place is the parking lot which is one of the very few restaurants that offers a free parking lot in this area. The food is good, the staff are respectful and seem to be diligent about doing their work. I enjoy the upkeep of this restaurant, however their restroom seems to be out of order these days. Maybe too many people took advantage and kept bombing the bathrooms and left loads of clean-up work for the crew. I guess this is why we can’t have good things, huh?

The evening staff is very friendly and thorough.They were able to get all their tasks and orders done without delay and with minimal mess. I even saw one girl run after a courier because a bag was left. Everyone appeared to a pleasant mood and they appear to be very close knit staff which is great because there are too many BKs in NYC with unwelcoming staff with nasty attitudes. 3.5/5 stars. Pretty okay burger king. Food is fine. The bathrooms are usable. Ample parking. My only issue is that they have gotten my order wrong 3 out of the last 4 times I've been there. They fixed it, but still. This is in store and in the drive thru. I still come here, but ALWAYS check my food now before pulling off/leaving the store. I suggest you do the same.
Was impressed with the speed and freshness of my order for take-out. You see, their drive-through is frequently crowded, as can be the parking lot, so their stock is fresh, coupled with a strong efficiency. Dining area, though, is not exceedingly crowded.The large staff work well together.Be looking for BK coupons in area circular packets to make your order easier.
