Burger King - Reserva de mesa

As always incomplete orders, impossible to reach them by phone and if by misfortune they are reminded that there were missing products during our last visit, we are told that we had to call to report it... But good as no one answers... You always have to take 5 minutes to check your order... Isn't that your job? Should I also come to the kitchen to prepare my burgers next time? The error is human, but at this level it becomes incompetence. I put a star because I can't put less. The pleasure of never returning
