At Burger King, you know what to expect from the food; that’s not the issue here (unless you're concerned that it won’t look like the pictures on the menu). The problem lies with the management during the second or third shifts (I can’t speak for the first shift). I've stopped going to this location because they are incredibly slow. Why choose fast food if you end up spending more time waiting in the drive-thru line than you would at a sit-down restaurant? I didn’t just happen to visit during a busy time; I live less than a mile away and used to go to this spot a couple of times a week for years.
I had an excellent experience at Burger King thanks to their attentive staff. They took great care in organizing my order of 18 Soft Serve Cups, neatly placing them in carriers. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the utensils packaged in a separate bag that fit perfectly between the carriers. Furthermore, the 16-piece Chicken Nuggets (which were made up of four orders) were neatly stacked in another bag, with the sauces conveniently placed in a separate bag beside them. Just so you know, this was all for a birthday party. Well done, Burger King!
I visited the drive-thru and encountered some issues with the cashiers, who seemed unsure about how to use my Burger King coupons, despite clear instructions provided at the bottom. After a few minutes of delay, I decided to forgo the coupons and ended up spending $11 on a chicken sandwich meal. Fortunately, the food was delicious and fresh! Just a tip: it might be best to avoid using coupons during busy dinner hours.
I recently tried to grab some food during the day, but the doors were locked and they weren't allowing anyone inside to place an order. This was quite frustrating. They should keep in mind that not everyone drives; it shouldn't be limited to drive-thru orders only.

This Burger King location at New Falls and Route 413 has really made some great improvements. The food is consistently fresh, particularly the French fries. We all know how disappointing it can be to receive soggy fries from a fast food restaurant, don’t we?
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly dedicated, and the food is always of outstanding quality. It even looks like the pictures in the menu! They truly go the extra mile to ensure their customers are well taken care of.
This is one of the best Burger Kings I've ever been to. The restaurant is extremely clean, and the service is well-organized. I will definitely return. The staff is very professional.
This restaurant serves the best burgers! Even though I live in North Philadelphia, I gladly make the trip here because the quality of the burgers is far superior to those in Philly.
