You know what you're getting at BK, the food isn't the problem here (unless you will be upset if it doesn't look like the pictures on the menu)... Its 2nd or 3rd shift management (not sure about 1st shift). I stopped going to this place because they are so slow. Why goto fast food if you're going to spend more time waiting in the drive through line than you would if you sat down and got waited on in a traditional restaurant? I didn't happen to just stop by in the middle of a rush. I live less than a mile away and used to frequent this store a couple times a week for years.
This place is led by people who are not intended to work with the public! You do not know how to answer questions, approach the public or understand the costumer service. You work at Burger King. So your thought process is not at the highest level. But if someone asks you a question about the menu or an article, answer the question!!! You don't just stare in the ceiling with an empty look at your face. Then you will be crazy when you screw up the order!!!!
WORST BURGER KING EVER! FOOD is bad! Manager is disgusting RUDE! I'll never be back! You should separate from the two. IF I can GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD! Not from here. FOOD NOT FRESH!
