Jose (Rivera I think? is terribly lazy, rude, displays horrible customer service skills. He closed the restaurant 35 minutes early refused to make the food that I had already paid for via mobile order. He then refused to give me the corporate phone so that I couldn 't file a complaint. I let it slide decided not to complain. However, I went back tonight he decided to come to the window to hand me my food with a dirty look on his face said wow buddy look who 's still working here? Guess they didn 't care about your little complaint ... this guy is a scumbag should not have any kind of customer service job.
