Build A Burger is the star of the menu, although they offer additional options as well. The restaurant was very clean, which made for a great first impression. I couldn't remember the name of the drink I wanted, but after explaining it to my waiter, he brought me a satisfactory alternative, even though I knew they didn't have the exact ingredients for it. My burger ended up being a bit overcooked, but that was my fault for not being clear about my preferences. The bartender at this restaurant was friendly and took our takeout order graciously. However, we encountered some minor issues such as being given an excess of sauce packets and plastic silverware without our request. It would be appreciated if servers always asked first before providing these items. There was also a mix-up with our onion rings, but it was easily resolved. The burgers were decent, but not exceptional, and I personally could not taste the KGB sauce. The fries, on the other hand, were tasty. With some minor adjustments, this place has the potential to be outstanding.
