Burger Urge is an awesome place to eat - as long as it's not at South Bank. I don't mind waiting that long for my food, but it's pretty hard while watching that manager sulk around the shop. I don't understand why he hates his job so much, yet continues to work there.
The wait staff are much more polite, but it's still 50/50 whether your order's right or not.
Tables aren't too sticky; just wear long sleeves.

Seriously rude old Manager. Not sure if manager or not but due to my medical diet, i had to remove the sauces off of my burger. He made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience ever, huffing, puffing and giving the worst attitude when repeating order. When burgers arrived, was not surprised that they hadn't removed any of the things i had asked for. I understand that they are in a busy location and the demand is high, But no excuse for rude staff and failure to follow dietary requirements. The food looks amazing, however i had a highly disappointing experience. I would say your better off going to a Mc Donalds at least their staff know how to treat customers..
Yummm. Ordered for a party of five, all I heard was yum yum yum yum yum. Totally worth my money Burgers, Onions rings, Potato chips and Dipping sauce all yum and not even that the service was superb , it was a regular Monday morning for me but the guy who was working there he just made my day by complementing Me... He was very nice and polite and the other girls crew in the store was also lovely, professional, accommodating and patient and we received exceptional service from the manager as well. if you are in Brisbane this has to be in the top 5 places to eat, cheers mate.
I visited this shop on the labor day, ordered for one of burgers that named babe&daisy. chips were so soggy, not even tasty, the burger was really hopeless. Because due to rubbery burger patty and unbalanced burger toppings. the patty was like dry, rubbery, and the taste of the burger was almost likely an artificial stodgy food. I definitely believe Mcdonals pretty much works better than this brand.
I really wanted to ask the headquarter of burger urge, IS IT REALLY HAND MADE BURGERS SHOP ??

I don't normally write reviews for chains but I stopped in for a burger on the way to a show last night and this burger deserves a review.
Had the hotel California on a white roll. It was so good, the bun was soft- the truffle mayo was delish. Chicken well cooked- it was such an enjoyable burger. The chips were alright- I miss the home made ones. The chips were alright- I miss the home made ones.
No idea how long this menu has been around but I can't wait to work my way through all the chicken burgers.
I had the Cheezus burger as it sounded delicious! Everything looked amazing and the presentation was awesome- unfortunately my sweet potato fries were burnt and the beef paddy was cold in the middle and tasted quite awful! I had severe food poisoning the next day and I believe it is from the burger. I loved the theme it was awesome so that was a highlight
I've had much better burgers and onion rings. The not Ruben is a no go. The cheese burger would be worth having again, but there are so many better burger places in Brisbane
I've only tried "magic mushroom" which is absolutely my favourite burger so far! Ingredients are mushroom, Halloumi, rocket and Hummus. Maybe is more suitable for ladies!

It was a nice burger, with nice chips and nice garlic aioli. I had the New Yorker which advertises "crispy bacon" but it wasn't. Just ordinary everyday fried bacon.
Very good service! Tried out the new Donald Trump burger, and it was good :). Conveniently located in southbank and a good place to eat.
