Order# 999 Something is really off with this location. I should have read “recent” reviews before we came. I want to start off by saying the young lady attending to the restaurant lobby when we arrived was very sweet and polite. She’s doing a great job. Unfortunately, it’s about the only good thing I can say about our recent visit. The restaurant was filthy, I was honestly grossed out. It was also not busy, only 2-3 other people. The condiments and drinks area were awful. Trash on the floor. Fingerprints all over the windows, surfaces and the kiosks. My son almost slipped twice by the trash can when we were cleaning up. I am on a tight budget and my children wanted to try out the restaurant...
If you're looking for a filling and delicious side dish, the large fries at BurgerFi is definitely the way to go. The serving size is generous and could easily satisfy three people. The restaurant's veg burger is a must-try for all vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies out there. The veggie patty is incredibly flavorful and juicy, making it hard to believe that it's made from quinoa. The combination of fresh veggies and sauces with the patty in the bun is a must try. I will definitely come back later when i visit Atlanta!
Let me say first, burgers are never my first or second choice. I was in a mood for a burger today, stopped by this place and was so wowed! The place was very clean, the staff was so nice, my food was fresh all the way home! Those were the best fries I ever had! They were hot and seasoned perfectly. I got the beyond burger it was super good. I like the stamp on the bread. I thought that was a cool touch. This is a place I will trust to get a really good burger and service!! 1000/10 recommend
The soda machine was out of so many flavors and then when I finally found one that would dispense, it was mixed right and had no sweetener in it at all yuck! The ketchup dispensers were empty and the counter for condiments and drinks was covered in spills and trash. The hamburgers were great, as always. Some of the best seasoned hamburgers available, but they've got to get the rest of the experience up to that same level.

We came here on a weekend for a late lunch. Easy to find and lots of parking. Easy to order via kiosk and not a long wait for our order. I got the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and hubby got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, both “as is” and really good. We shared the Cry Fry, also good but prefer my onion rings to be thin. The minimal interaction we had with service was good as well.
I really don't think the swag burger is worth nearly $12. It was tasty, but I expected it to at least come with fries or a drink. Sevilleana took our order, and honestly, she seemed like she was just there for a paycheck. It wasn't a great experience overall. I won't be returning.
This is a great spot for a burger! They offer excellent veggie burger options and serve fresh fries with a delicious Cajun seasoning. The spicy chicken sandwich was impressive, especially with the addition of ghost peppers—definitely a smart choice!
The food is amazing, and so is the service.Kahlen and Eddric were simply amazing. do yourself and stop by. Tell them Sonya said hello. It's difficult to find genuine awesome people these days. They were great people! See you soon.

The burgers are great, and they even have a vegetarian option (Beyond Burger). It's convenient that you can place your order at a self-service kiosk right at the entrance.
Super burgers! Great location. Order at the counter and add your favorite toppings. It’s just that easy! Love the fries!
