Burney's Sweets More Of Smithfield

I agree with Beachfront that they offer great pastries, but it seems they're more reliant on their food than on customer service. I made a last-minute decision to stop by and purchase a birthday cake, and I asked if they could add some simple decorations. I apologized for the short notice and asked if they could make an exception this time, as I wasn't aware that decorations were only done for preorders. The response I received was rather blunt, with no compassion or apology whatsoever. The woman was very cold. I even mentioned that the cake was for an 82-year-old, but that didn’t seem to matter. Customer service was horrible . We were not greeted when I came in. The three girls ignored us until they finished their conversation whole there were two other customers waiting. Once they finally finished and adressed us she had an attidue while asking if we were ready and huffed when I said yes and grabbed the pad rollingher eyes. When I asked a addtional questions about there services they just said no we didnt do it and brushed me off. I won't be coming back.

We had a wonderful time during our visit! The customer service was excellent. However, I do wish they would display the croissants in the case instead of having customers write down their orders and wait for them. A few weeks ago, I visited Burney’s in Raleigh and was thrilled to discover they also have a location in Smithfield. I wanted to check it out, and it was fantastic! Do they have glazed croissants, cookies, and macarons at the Smithfield location?

I have lived less than 30 miles from this place and it took me over 10 years to stop in. Now, I'm ready to drive 30 miles just to have one of these glazed croissants. They are amazing. I've never had anything like it. The glazed are simple and tasty, but the fillings put them over the top. The blueberry and Boston creme were my favorites. We absolutely love this place! We always enjoy discovering which croissant is our favorite, as there are so many delightful options to choose from. In addition to our affection for the food, we are also really impressed by the staff. They are incredibly friendly and consistently go above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience.

My husband went to Smithfield for work. He brought home Covington, Georgia white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and blueberry glazed croissants. I had both of these today and I am amazed of how wonderful they were.. I am planning a trip there just so I can get more!! Thank you!!

Love the mini glazed crossiants with vanilla filling. Ordered 2 dozen for a baby shower and only 23 showed because I ate one on the way. ?
