It was just my wife out for dinner, and we were there very early not many people were in the restaurant. I know times are tough all over, as good help is hard to come by. However, on this visit, the fundamentals were missed: it took a long time for our drinks to arrive, and yet the bar was not that busy. And the food took a ridiculously long time to appear, even though it was a simple order (two people). The appetizer, soft pretzels, were cold when we got them. They microwaved them after we complained. My wife ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was dried out and cold, and there was a tiny portion of lettuce. Stopped by the Lyndhurst location on the way home. I've ordered delivery from this location many times and eaten at another location before. We ordered the Calamari as an appetizer which I didn't think would travel well for a delivery dish. It wasdelicious and I maintain that it probably wouldn't be as good delivered 15 minutes later. For an entree I ordered the pecancrusted trout which included a more than generous portion and was perfectly prepared. Again I don't think it would have traveledas well for delivery. The food was outstanding no question about it the service questionable never came back to refill our drinks, also You guys ran out of mashed potatoes, how do you run out of mashed potatoes,we ordered salads, they never came I guess your salad person forgot to make them, they should be fired immediately, The server apologized a lot, I got a free dessert for my birthday which is pretty cool and three glasses of champagne, I guess he made up for his mistake
We went for Sunday brunch. The food could have been prepared better. The eggs benedict were overcooked and my English muffin was cold even though the rest of the food on the plate was warm. Overall, not enough to complain about but it just wasn't what we expected. The service was great and the price was right. May try again in case this was just an anomaly.

My entree was terrible and had a strange odor. The server acted like it was very inconvenient to bring more coffee or clean up the coffee she spilled all over the table. She could not tell me if something was vegan or not and didnât want to ask someone else that may have the answer. The floor was so slippery we almost fell twice! Very disappointing.
Your experience is determined largely on which of the servers you get. We've had wonderful meals and, like tonight, we had several food screws ups even after being asked for confirmation on our order.
My burger was great and my wifes chicken was delicious. They were slow and the service was very efficient. Very enjoyable we will return
service was slow, which was ok, because we were not in a hurry. but they have made my order wrong and needed 10 minutes to fix it.
