Buschhausen am Aaper Wald

.... promised the new owner of BUSCHHAUSEN AM AAPER WALD and kept his promise. The renovated restaurant located in a historical railway station looks now classy, fresh and clean, only topped by its attentive staff. Tasty and nicely decorated regional dishes such as Heaven & Earth or all kind of Schnitzels - all at reasonable prices - come e.g. with Dusseldorfs famous Altbeer or a glass of selected top wines. Outstanding the tree-shaded summer terrace, a nice watering hole especially on warm days or eves overlooking the adjacent forest and the Line 712 - Metro Stop, important if you come from downtown Dusseldorf because of the restaurants limited carpark.

Been there a few times and was always a joy. Perfect to sit outside for a beer and a bite to eat. Even have very delicious ice cream. Staff are friendly and very helpful and make you feel welcome. Prices are OK and the choice of food is sufficient. Easy to reach via tram U72 as it stops at the restaurant. You can also park your car there. After dinner you can wander off into the forest. There's a kids playground nearby too.

but not muffy, I can best summarize my impression. we are now regular guests because the service is attentive and friendly, although the card is clear, but is completely sufficient and the quality of the dishes is correct. wishes for change are accepted without any circumstance and promptly fulfilled. recently a friend had celebrated his 60th there: he was grilled, which kept the witness and made for a great atmosphere.

the service was super friendly and attentive. the facility is rustic, and there and there you find something special in the equipment. the menu is clear, but has something for everyone. the riesling and the cheerful were also delicious. in the summer you can sit outside. with the U72 you can drive directly in front of the entrance, stop aboveerrath. were last weekend to visit an evening weeping. although not all tables were full, the waiter seemed easily overwhelmed. had raised some orders and messed up. at the same time missing drinks like aperol splash in sortiment. location is very pleasant with the aaper forest in view.

again and again we like to return after a walk in the aaper forest here.Very friendly and attentive service, very good food and in summer despite the tram stop right in front of the door a very cozy terrace under beautiful dense trees

Buschhausen has been renovated and is quite cosy, large bar aera and a space for dinner.. In summer the beergarden must be great, so close to the forest. Food typical German, with Schnitzel, miced beef, Altbier and Pils on tap
