As part of our move to a house in Robinson, we decided to check out a few Tender Tuesdays. This was our first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The chicken was barely warm and quite tough to chew, although the fries were hot and my son really enjoyed them. On the other hand, the rolls were hard, and the gravy was lumpy. We also ordered three teas, but one of them turned out to be mostly water with lemonade, which was rather odd. This Bush?s in Robinson is HORRIBLE. I asked for extra crispy fries, and apparently the server wasn?t listening because the fries were cold and limp. The roles tasted hard and stale and the tender roll meal had one very small tender on it. Thechicken pieces I ordered lacked flavor and were very dry. And I ordered a diet drink with light ice and apparently they didn?thear that either because there was nothing but ice and very little drink in the cup. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSH?S IF YOU CAN. The one at the market place is much better.
*Update-I called the manager about my order and he said he would replace the chicken. I went by a few days later and he did give me new chicken, rolls, and gravy. I appreciate that he did that. This chicken was better. Just tried the new store and I'llnever go back. Bought a 30 piece family meal and the tenders were tiny and burnt. They also forgot my large gravy. This is theworst Bush's I have ever been to. If I didn't live almost 30 miles away, I would return it!

Husband brought home lunch from the new location, two minutes from home. Chicken breast tasted like it was bad or cooked in very old grease, dry, smelled terrible. I was nauseous just from the smell, and taste. Took two bites, and husbands gizzards were thesame. Fries were very undercooked, even raw. For 2 piece meal, 12 gizzard meal, $23.79. Twice, of the three times we visitednew location, food was really bad. Don't waste your money!!!

Super fast service. The food was hot. The quality has really gone down hill. Breaded tendons and beaks? Pretty gross. I?m not eating it. I also won?t be back. Used to love Bushes. Now the tea is so sweet I can?t even drink it. Pretty disappointed.
