we tried this evening the first time the butcherei auf keitum, I have been in a mood since rd. 35 years on the island and was never there. the menu promised homemade burgers and accordingly we ordered two.The result unfortunately did not look after it. the first two burgers were still raw inside, which is why we read them. kindly and without expecting this we received two new burgers. we were in the butchery today and could eat in the garden due to summer weather. the garden is very nice and also has a sun in the evening. the staff was also friendly and attentive. I would like to say that the Commission is not in a position to take a decision. we had to eat: ceasar salat, waygo burger and pulled pork burger, too wein. it has not tasted at all: overall very sweet and easy (to not say "cheapy ytemgastronomy" at which an salat 2 min after order is already on the table.) pulled pork warmed up, kraut from the dose, little dry, to the pommes there was mayo in the plastic bag. mc d charme! we had expected much more. definitiw not the price worth.
... but it wasn't quite round. to third we ordered a steak with various supplements, the ceasarburger and fish sticks with pommes frites. the service was nice, the food was tasty and despite a lot of operation it went quite fast. also the price-performance ratio was ok. only manko, why I'm taking off a point, the steak of my man should be medium, but was rather raw. when we noted it was kindly reacted, but it did not follow an apology and one could have withdrawn from kulanz e.g. the sose. Nevertheless, we would go to the butcher again.
in the middle of a very cozy grill restaurant/ bar with selected cuts and high quality standards. inside and out very nice ambiente. the quality of the steaks was good, but the supplement is capable of increasing. sweet burned, the sauce bernaise sticked. the wine selection is good, the service and also the advice in the selection of both steaks and the accompanying wee was attentive. in total a place for meat, which is not yet fully justified by its high demands. good but still air up.

we always like to come and feel very comfortable! we are on sylt and here are also other mascots! leave and hectic - you have to bring time and enjoy the place! and if something is not in order, you can finally complain. we have always been well served in all these years!We are happy to come back!
the meat was very good, the service was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was pleasant.The dressing of the salat was unfortunately boring and disturbed me that the out-seated by birds was nich cleaned.
