The food here is amazing I have never had a bad meal. The service is wonderful especially if you call ahead. The atmosphere is ok, nothing special and it get really loud. It's very hard to carry on a conversation and the sound echoes on the floor and walls. It's still ok, your average restaurant in that case but they should really think about softening the noise. The steak tips we ordered were overly salty. When I brought this to the waitress's attention, she tried to insist that it was just the marinade and not the salt. I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband especially loved the Butcher's Cut of Prime Rib, and the Veal was just perfect – thin and tender. Our table was ready right on time, which was great. As a chef, my husband is quite particular about his food, but this place exceeded his expectations and truly deserves a 10-star rating. It's now our favorite dining spot! All six of us left feeling satisfied and happy with our meals. A big thank you to Cherie for providing a fantastic meal and a warm smile. I highly recommend this place!

Dining at this restaurant is always a pleasure. We've visited frequently and have never had a disappointing experience. While the menu isn’t particularly innovative, the quality is consistently good. There are plenty of excellent options to choose from, and they feature a fantastic selection of nightly specials. One of my favorites is the baked stuffed squid, which I wish was available on the regular menu! The fritto misto appetizer is outstanding, and they even make their own mozzarella sticks! The fish is always fresh. This place is truly a hidden gem in Haverhill.

My wife and I recently had a meal at Butch's Uptown, and we are completely enchanted by this restaurant! The food is outstanding—fresh seafood, delicious meats, and an amazing menu. The service is excellent, featuring the warmest and friendliest staff. Since they now know we make the trip from Tyngsborough every week, we invited some friends along this time, and they've fallen in love with it too! While she really enjoyed her meal, I was extremely disappointed with mine. The sausage meatball was terrible—especially the meatball. I can honestly say it's the worst meatball I've ever had. I visited Butches for the first time, thanks to my co-worker Joan. We went there today before my appointment, and I really enjoyed the shepherd's pie. The waitress and hostess were both friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back soon!
