It took almost an hour to get our hors d 'oeuvres. Once we finally finished that course then our main courses came out almost 5 minutes apart. Then when we were leaving our table the clean up staff did not even give us a chance to put on our jackets. One of our party had to wait to get outside as that was the only area she could put on her jacket without elbowing someone in their face. We understand this was Christmas eve and they were busy, but other tables coming in around our time and even later were served and turned around faster than us.
