Butter Cafe - Reservar una mesa

I’ve been here time and time before and this is my first time leaving a review… The pancakes are good here. The other food is decent enough, some is in question. I just don’t like when my food is always brought out cold. My potatoes are never hot and they are quick to bring out pancakes with a big thing of butter on it that never melts into the pancake because the pancake is not hot enough. I also think this restaurant has successfully outgrown its building. Yes the area is good however, it seems to be too crowded and loud inside. Can’t really enjoy breakfast without hearing everyone else’s conversation’s because it’s too loud and tables are really close to one another. Update: Jelly filled...

I wanted to rate 5 stars but I couldn't. My second visit here and there was no one really there, we waited almost an hour for our food. Which was really not a problem because the music and atmosphere compensated. But what bothered me is thaty daughter ordered an iced coffee and sent it back asking for a refund. The lady waited until she brought the bill to the table to tell her she couldn't get refunded. Didn't ask if she would like it fixed or anything. I paid for the drink but it was the money I was gonna put on the lady's tip. Please start tell people that they will not get refunded before you dispose of their drink and expecting payment.

So many vegetarian choices. So yummy. Would visit daily...but will have to try for weekly...

Terrible service and cold food. No idea why people wait in line to get into this dump.
