Made an OpenTable reservation with short-notice (20 minutes before) and got immediate confirmation. Arrived and found the restaurant mostly empty (being shortly after they opened), while OpenTable was only offering outdoor seating as unreserved in the given time slot. We were seated at a four-top in the sun when there were other outdoor, shaded four-tops vacant the whole time we were there. Seemed like the restaurant was responsive to, but also somewhat dismissive of patrons who are coming to them from OpenTable. Only one or two tables of patrons arrived in the hour that we were there, so it was pretty obvious that tables and times were nowhere near fully booked. The food taste and quality,...
The service has really gone downhill over the years. We were sat 10 minutes after our late-night reservation and then we weren’t even seen for a drink order, or even a glass of water, for another 15 minutes. The waiter came over to us one time during our entire stay and that was to take our entire order at once (our idea because service was slow and we felt ignored). Then, our four small plate courses came before our first cocktail. This place used to be booming and full of hope, I don’t know if I can say the same anymore.
our first visit in the restaurant. my man and I brought our daughter and her 4 friends to celebrate their 15th birthday. the manager was amazing and sat in a room that was only us at two tables. that was amazing. you have to try the biscuits, and my man said that the cheeseburger slides are the best he ever had and he is picky! really cooked as they the mid pink and not small hockey pukes! the girls enjoyed the wings and mac and cheese and shaved over the seasoned! will definitely come back!
We were in Boston dropping our freshman at school. We stopped in based on the great reviews. I will say the good reviewers are not lying. The food I tried was tasty. I had the trout toast and fried ckn sliders and both were very good. My husband had the baby back ribs and biscuits. He said they were awesome. The drinks were also very good. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

Chicken was over friend, blackberry/aragula salad was excellent, Mac and cheese and biscuits were very good, calamari was greasy and a bit bland, fish and chips had very good chips (but had to ask and wait for ketchup), fish was over breaded and greasy
The food was good, but the ambiance was odd. It seemed like a bunch of different vibes put together in different rooms. Service was fine. Drinks were good
The bartender while waiting for our table was pleasant and attentive. Our waitress was excellent. Food was delicious and surpassed our expectations!
