Butters Pancakes Cafe

This place was just okay. Especially for an hour wait ... Definitely not worth it! We were seated at a table that was under a leaky ceiling, I hate to feel like it was because we were both people of color but I can't help but think that.. Regardless if it's true or not. My pancakes are average and the omelet even though I asked for it well done .. Still barely looked cooked. One of the ONLY times I didn't take my leftovers home with me The food was presented well...I thought it was going to be delicious but I was sadly mistaken. My ladies' new Mexican green chili something was pretty good though.

OMG right away from when I walked to the door people were waiting to be seated. (That's always a good sign). So I didn't have a long wait at all, then I was seated and the waitress came and she was great!!! Answered all my questions and I kid you not, my food came out no more than 5 minutes after I ordered it. Piping hot too. Their pancakes are sooooo good. I'm coming back tomorrow to get more. Great breakfast place.

Line was super intimidating, but we only waited about 10min. Was first time here we really enjoyed our meal. Staff was really friendly eager to help. The food came super fast tasted amazing!!!

Amazing food!!! Great service as well. Great place to come for brunch and a short wait for a Sunday afternoon.

Came as a tourist and food was amazing. Had a great time and had price effective food!!
