Back again for Boot and decided to return to Buttershaker for a meal, although the Restaurant was busy we ware seated promptly up above the Bar from down below as the Waitress could see that a table was empty.We got to the table and it...had not been prepared for new guests as it still had plates and glasses from the previous guests. I felt the service this time unlike our previous two visits was a little slower than what we had received in the past and at times it seemed that the staff ware trying to avoid making eye contact and ignoring our area. Do not, i repeat do not order any starters if you wanna walk out. We had mixed Tower and split it by two persons. And then we had our main course. I Think the only option now is to head back to the Hotel and...rest. The portion size is very big and its so tasty, it is one of the best places ive been to. As i Said, skip the starter or be to split it. But do eat there......
Came late after beeing refused by restaurants, welcomed with a smile, cocktails were perfect, food was very tasty and plenty, waitress patient and carrying : what can you expect more at nearly midnight? Maybe music a bit loud... I m probably getting too old......No kidding steak was very good, cajun sauce excellent. Thanks to the night team of buttershaker!
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The male bearded waiter was terrible. He pretty much threw the plates at us, ignored us throughout the evening and, even though we wanted to order dessert, we ended up almost begging to pay (which...we shouldn’t have because of the awful service). Definitely never coming back.

I visited the restaurant for dinner. Good food. We started with a nice dish. However, in own opinion, the main dish that I order was good but not for my taste. I prefer the pepper stake to be with black pepper and not with jalapenos....But again this my own opinion
The food and service was wonderful, but while eating INSIDE the restaurant we got pickpocketed, the staff seemed indifferent to the whole ordeal... maybe that’s normal here. Probably will avoid restaurants in the general area of the train station from here on out.
Chose it as it was nearest to our hotel and didn't want to walk far at night. Food was great. Our male waiter was so attentive and friendly. Perfect English. Decor lovely. Even allowed dogs to sit inside which I am pleased about *being a...dog owner*
Large steakhouse in American style not far from Düsseldorf Hbf. Nothing special but we had fine Aperol Spritz, cranberry juice, BBQ Burger, Chicken Mushroom Pasta on the terrace. Usual railway station surroundings, view was not really attractive

Went hear for food and drinks... All excellent including the service. Our waiter was always on hand when we needed him. Lovely atmosphere!
There is a great choice of different foods mainly Steak, Burgers and wings and ribs and it is well worth a visit.
