I made the request through the store 's app and in a matter of minutes I contacted the store to change the coxinha (combo) from chicken flavor to cheese. The attendant was an extremely rude, arrogant woman who did not have the slightest empathy with the customer 's request, she shouted and told the kitchen staff cancel that order shouting, detail with me on the phone. Terrible service and lack of respect for the consumer, I am formally leaving my dissatisfaction here, I do not want to pass by this store, not even by mistake.
