The one and only waitress was lovely but ordering is now all done online. The food is average at best, we had the vegan burger and chicken tenders and those were okay but the vegan oreo milkshake tasted like old biscuit. Like I said the waitress was great and swapped my milkshake. To top it all they put a service charge included in each order with the message to please leave it on because the staff need it in this current climate , if they say the staff need more money shouldn 't they just pay them more?

You are forced to order via a QR code on the table, which makes the whole experience feel downmarket. Service charge is added automatically to the bill, despite there being no service. When you click on this, you are presented with a message that can only be aimed at guilting you into paying the service charge (see photo below). An all round unpleasant customer experience. Food was ok be aware that the lunch burgers really are small. The chips needed seasoning. The chocolate milkshake was great.
