I hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, and unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I remembered. The food didn't seem freshly made; it felt like it had either been reheated or left out for too long. I ordered the Fish and Chips, expecting crispy batter and flaky fish, but instead received mushy fish that tasted like a bland blended fish meal, all covered in a thick doughy batter. I exchanged it for the poke, which was decent, but the rice was stiff and cold, suggesting it had been sitting around for hours. The coconut shrimp was overcooked and also didn't seem to be prepared to order. On the other hand, some members of my party who had steak, chicken, or salmon thought their meals were goo...

We had a party of 9 and we had the best service we have ever had for a group this large. Very personable, efficient waitress, quick delivery of food. The dishes were all delicious, with beautiful presentation. The only negative would be the prices. I had the appetizer Ahi, Crab, Avocado Stack that was priced at $24. My granddaughter had the lobster mac and cheese, priced at $31. With drinks and dessert, this meal ended up being quite a bill for 9 people. Doubt that we will return.

Our waiter, Kyle, took great care of us and we went with his recommendations on appetizer, main course, and dessert which were all quite fabulous. The entire staff was friendly and professional with great teamwork. Wonderful view of the city skyline. We really enjoyed the sunset. We were just visiting San Diego but will definitely return to C-Level on our next visit. Outstanding and we are glad that we booked a reservation. Appears to be very popular.

We have lived here 60 years. San Diego Shore line at sunset is one of our favorite scenes. Last night was spectacular. great celebration for 92nd birthday.
