At first we were really excited to work with Cabaki 's catering. Our first meeting went well and the food was good. However, the closer we got to the wedding the more unresponsive Stephanie became. She reassured me that the week of our wedding everything would be good because it will be the only event that weekend.. that was not the case. The caterer arrived late. I was told that it would be served in chafing dishes... it was not, it was serving in the foil containers. On top of the the food was COLD, no one had a warm plate of food.
