Previous experiences were great till recently *May 2023 edit ... I dunno what changed this week but the past couple days this place has been having issues at the drive thru, and the food and service is starting to get bad. Went in yesterday and was given some attitude by the worker for no reason and the food was slacking big time and actually made me not feel well into today. It's crazy because I knew the food was gonna suck this time based solely on the ordering experience.. so I guess it's my fault for not listening to the signs. I didn't get any napkins or spoon for ice cream either which also wasn't as good. So I dunno what happened but fix it or expect to lose customers. I hope the work...
Sat in line almost 10 minutes waiting to order and was never acknowledged so I pulled up to the window and wad explaining to lady at the window how no one would answer to take our order. She refused to take order at the window said we would have to go back around. Very disappointed won't ge going back. Lady was very rude about the whole situation. Went there today ordered a pretzel and a medium fry. There were 2 cars in front of me that took a while (longer than normal) I get up to the window and no one comes for over 2 minutes while I watch my food get cold, yes my fries we cold. I work close and used to come at least 1 time per week but I will not be returning after today.
I love the chili dogs but why so much chili!?! It's all over you the car and everything in between. Also banana splits don't have chocolate chips. After watching the employee cut my banana without gloves I decided to just throw away the banana split. It an Era of covid I'd like to think gloves could be the new normal.
