Ca'bianca - Reservar una mesa

Amazing place overall. We arrived before a reservation and we were greeted at the bar where we waited and had water and a coffee. The bartender being the only one on shift that night was amazing at multitasking between making drinks for the table and serving the people who were waiting for the reservation. There is no host stand at this place. People who are waiting for a reservation wait in the small hallway or at the bar. The host is hard to get a hold of but once you do you are seated very quickly. The server was amazing very on top of everything from waters to taken care of our every whim and question. He was very knowledgeable about the History of the old house that the restaurant is operating within. The duck we had there was absolutely amazing with the pomegranate reduction sauce. As we paid the bill and we’re walking out we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very down to earth and leveled with us as human beings instead of acting like he was above everybody else. We observed him interacting with his staff as well and it seems as though they are all very good hearted and friendly with each other. Wonderful environment happy to support it. Very thoroughly enjoyed our service and experience.

Excellent dinner in Santa Rosa with attentive staff and a great menu. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was fresh and tasteful! For the net we had the puff pastry wrapped chicken (one of the best things I had eaten in a long time was almost like a chicken centered beef Wellington with a sweeter taste), ravioli (excellent and buttery) and finished with the crème brûlée, which had great notes of orange. The ambience is wonderful and cozy, but still uplifted. Great place to celebrate a special occasion or pamper yourself! Very recommended

An amazing Italian restaurant with delicious dishes. The starter Crème of the mushroom soup was fantastic. Along with my middle rare Filet Minion Steak and my partners rare rack of lamb. Drinks are phenomenal and so was the service.

Best dining experience in napa. Historical building. Design with amazing luxury and attention to detail. Actual italian owners. GREAT food. Overall an amazing experience. If you como through napa. DONT MISS IT!
