The worst place! I always bought there and today I went there to buy some sugar-free chocolate! I went in eating a chocolate from Lacta, took the zero chocolate and went to pay at the cashier. It was the biggest embarrassment of my life, they pointed out to me as if I was stealing! Everyone in the store was staring at me and when it was my turn to pay, the girl looked at me and said: It's just this one, isn't there another one? And then he started playing indirectly saying that he had to count the chocolates. I had to take my Lacta chocolate out of my pocket to show that I wasn't stealing it! I will never set foot there again

Terrible service and total lack of preparation and disrespect for the consumer. They are trying to force the consumer to link purchases to personal data. Be careful, don't register just because of 2 reais that they say is a promotion. I went to make a cash purchase and they wouldn't sell it to me unless I registered at the store. Why is this if I'm going to pay in cash? My purchase was more than 250.00 and I couldn't buy it. I will never go back to this store again.

it was crowded inside and when I went to go in the woman closed the door in my face, it would have been easier to ask me to wait, I think it's a little boring for them to close the door and leave a huge queue outside, it's easier to leave it open and for the person to maintain it themselves. people control, small and poorly structured store! I didn't get service inside either, so there's no point in closing the door and not providing service inside.
