Cafeteria attendants unwilling to serve. Cappucino came without the truffle. Latte macchiato with white chocolate only. Sparkling water only. Service was slow, everything had to be requested at the cashier, as the self-service was not up to date. Bad service. Good service only from the cashier who patiently had to resolve the lack of information and poor will of the cafeteria attendants. A store that is better off closing the coffee section and only selling chocolate. They do not meet the requirements of a Cacau Show network. Day of service: 12/29/2023 in the afternoon.

Loja grande, bonita, produtos gostosos e variados. Apesar do atendimento ser atencioso, fomos escolher o sorvete e o atendente não sabia explicar muito sobre o sabor de cada um. Além disso, eu tinha pedido um café e o rapaz do caixa não marcou, então tive que voltar novamente ao caixa.

Terrible service in this store, and from the manager too. It is inappropriate for such a large company to maintain an incompetent manager with no decision-making power for small, day-to-day issues in the store. And the chocolate isn't that big of a deal, to have any reason to go back.

A melhor Cacau Show que já visitei, equipe muito show de bola. Pessoal do caixa muito simpático e o pessoal do atendimento capricha nos pedidos. Tudo muito gostoso e fresquinho, muito bom o mousse de chocolate ao leite e os cafés. Reserva una mesa ahora
