Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill

On my visit, they were very short, I guess due to the worker shortage. They had 2 waitresses for a semi-packed house and they did a good job. I was a little disappointed that all the hostess did was seat use and give us menus. With them short, she could have gave us silverware, drinks and chips while we waited. We had Kathy for our waitress and her service and the food served was very good. We will be back and if we have to wait (not to long) we will.

This restaurant was very crowded but for good reason. The food is consistently incredible and delivered to your table quickly. No matter which location I visit, we usually receive our food within 5-7 minutes of ordering. The quality and speed are consistent and impressive. I will definitely be returning.

After reading reviews from others, I decided to try the veggie fajitas at this restaurant. I requested no sour cream, and was pleased to see a dedicated veggie section on the menu where I could make substitutions to make my meal vegan-friendly.

Staff: 4 Food: 4 Salsa was okay but I'm used to fresh salsa. Overall the food was better than a lot of the other restaurants. Would definitely recommend. (Sorry can't find the pic of the fajitas.

There are multiple vegetarian options available that can be customized to be vegan. The vegetable fajitas are tasty and come with generous portions.
