Attended the Summerlicious Lunch at Cactus First Canadian Place. Great atmosphere, service and Rob's Crispy Chicken Sandwich.... A MUST TRY! The sandwich was extremely tasty/ simply delicious. Even when you're not hungry, you will want to finish the sandwich! We had ordered the Brazillian drink (It tasted like mojitos, opt out Rum if you don't want alcohol), the drink was very refreshing!! We had seafood ceviche as the appetizer, Rob's Crispy Chicken Sandwich as the main course followed by desserts (Key Lime Pie or Chocolate moose). The food is also available on their regular menu. Although we were turned off by their door bouncers they gave me a bad vibe that I didn't really want to come into your restaurant even though we had a reservation they weren't very nice. Too many restaurants to pull that with paying patrons. No I'm not the 20 somethings this club is trying to attract but I pay my bills and tip well. The service was incredibly slow but the drinks and food were good. The managers were clearing tables constantly maybe they were short staffed even though they had a ton of employees running around. I'd avoid it on a weekend
This was a second time for us at this restaurant before concerts at the ACC. We sat at the patio this time and it was very nice. The food is why we came back, it is amazing. This time I had a Cajun steak with shrimp, stake was perfectly cooked, very spicy and delicious. My wife had the butternut squash ravioli with shrimp, 3 days later she is still talking about it, it was that good. We also shard a ceviche which was amazing. Allow yourself lots of time as the restaurant is quite busy and service can be slow. We will definitely be back.
We have now eaten at the Cactus Club Cafe three times on our Canadian vacation, twice in Vancouver and once in Toronto. On each occasion the food had been great and the atmosphere fantastic. The service standards are second to none. We particularly loved the harbour location in Vancouver with windows open watching the sun setting sun over the Pacific. The Toronto restaurant is in downtown where we met head of operations, a great guy with Irish roots. Thoroughly recommended.

One of the young girls at our hotel recommended that we try the Cactus Club and we loved it. Such a trendy bar/cafe. We ordered the Quinoa salad and some sliders and they were both very good. I hear its very cool upstairs on the rooftop but we didnt even try going up there as we were pretty casually dressed. If you can, make a reservation and dress up a little, and try get a table upstairs. You wont be disappointed.
Let us be clear to start with: If you have not booked a table, you can neither have a drink nor be able to eat. I came alone so it wasn't a problem. Inside, everything is very cozy with dimming light, plants that give a very cool ambience. And it is clear for this and not for the food that the Kaktus Club Café is known! But it remains a good place to have a drink
The first time in this beautiful room. Menu options are plentiful for drinks and food. We had wine and sushi offers. Really fresh and tasteful. The service is friendly and professional. Beautiful lounge and bar on the ground floor and larger more sister area on the upper floor. Would... come.
my 7th times at Cactus and always been good! i am always there for business lunch, taking my customers to cactus were always good experience and they enjoy the food and the atmosphere

Best agnus beef u can have. Add pasta on it, yummi!!! As for the dessert, i tried the Fondant au Chocolat which was special too. The place is amazing!! Service is great!!
Visited Cactus Club and had a great experience! I only gave a 4 star due to it being so busy that our server was MIA for a little bit.
