We arrived about 2.30pm and the place was pretty packed out which I like to see… to me it means they must be doing something right for the place to be busy. The lad (with the dark hair) who greeted us was so friendly and said we could wait for a table and it would be a bout 10 mins, we were more than happy to do this, they kept us informed the whole time about the table being vacated, then they needed to clean it etc. we were seated and ordered quite quick as we had already chosen… we all had all day breakfasts… I can’t stand baked beans and said none for me and I was actually offered an alternative to replace the beans (which is a rarity) I chose mushrooms for my replacement. Thanks to the courteous helpful lady who made the recommendation, I enjoyed a lovely cheese and ham sandwich, salad and a coffee at Caesers Café.The staff were polite, friendly and attentive, Covid precautions were adhered to, the café was very clean and the prices reasonable.At the time I was only seeking a light lunch, but I did notice the substantial delicious looking fish and chip meal a gentleman was enjoying on a neighbouring table. Some other time maybe...As an aside and in the unlikely event of the first young lady walking on Terrace Road whom I asked if she could recommend a café serving sandwiches and coffees who responded "Sorry, I don 't have any small change”, ever reading this...
Came to this lovely cafe 5yrs ago so came back again whilst on holiday this year. Everything is done very Covid safely the staff are extremely welcoming attentive.Food is wonderful, especially the Emporers breakfast they make a great cuppa!We sat outside with our dogs the young man made them very welcome making sure they had water.There is also a garden out the back if you want it a little quieter.Definitely recommend this cafe!
I was staying at a room only guest house and was considering having breakfast at a well known pub chain, cant's name it but it begins with W. I passed this place on the way and decided to support a local independent place instead, a good choice, friendly and efficient service, freshly cooked quality food and a good size portion, one of the best cafe breakfasts ever. I know where to come next time I'm in Aberystwyth.

Ham egg chips could see plate through the poor quality thin meat plus luke warm chips which were re fried not great Bacon chicken Mayo sandwich basically slivers of bacon and chicken swimming in Mayo way too much salad just out of a bag and in washed Cup of tea was good though Had breakfast here previously which was great!
My family visited recently having been unable to travel for over a year and this was the first place I took them to upon arrival. The food was of a high standard and very, very reasonable and the service, the owner is very much hands on and her personality and humor shines through. I would highly recommend this resturant.
Lovely welcome from two cheerful men. Really accommodating with our Gluten Free Breakfast plus my awkward request. Everything cooked to our liking and how we requested. Everything was extremely hot, great hot chocolate.
Overall a lovely cafe, food average cafe food cozy decor and relaxed cherry atmosphere. Staff lovely with a helpful young lady dealing with our fussy eater

Been 3 times recently, twice for lunch and once for Breakfast. Excellent, value for money, quality and service second to none. Will certainly go again.
Great Breakfast and Very good service. Would definitely return and reccomend to friends. Nice clean facilities. Reasonable prices
