Cafe Alfresco - Reserva de mesa

We were puzzled as to why we weren’t being seated. Initially, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait at most. After waiting for 45 minutes, we checked in and were informed it would be “only a few more minutes.” However, after an hour of waiting, we noticed three groups who arrived after us being seated before us. Frustrated and feeling a sense of discrimination that I had never experienced before, we decided to leave. I can only assume that this was the reason for the delay.

I had the special tonight. Pan seared very large scallops in a lemon butter sauce over risotto with spinach and tomato. It was absolutely delicious and as good as any dish I have had in very expensive restaurants. What I love about this place is that there is something for everyone. You can have a gourmet meal or a hamburger and fries. Service is great!

The only reason I rated the service four stars is that after we ordered and received our food, I overheard another server informing their table about the Monday special. It would have been nice to have that information earlier.

here on the 1st juni, because many places on the main st. warf closed. I wanted something simple, so I ordered a cheeseburger medium rare. my wife has.

Nice little spot. Food was good. Our server was very sweet even tho he was slammed with tables.
