I approached the young girl at the register and requested a box for my sandwich. She went to ask the owner for one, and then I heard him literally shout, “The cheese isn’t even melted. I’m not giving him a box!” I was taken aback by his anger, especially since my sandwich wasn’t prepared as I had specifically asked.
This experience has left me reconsidering my long-standing patronage. The poor customer service was completely unwarranted and unacceptable. I doubt I will be returning after this incident.
I'm not sure if the man who works there is the owner, but he is consistently rude and unfriendly whenever I visit. He seems bothered by the presence of customers, never smiles, doesn't greet anyone, and fails to say thank you. It’s enough to make me not want to spend any more money there.
The bagels here are quite tasty, and the cream cheese is spread just right. The seating is comfortable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy your meal. A bagel with cream cheese costs $4.97, but keep in mind that they don't accept credit cards for checks under five dollars.
I visited this deli for lunch at 2 PM, but they had turned off the grill, so I had to choose a different item. I’m not sure why they turn off the grill so early when they’re open until 3 PM.

First and last time visiting. Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel, I think they held the egg or just gave me like 1/4 of it. Not what I expected from the “best breakfast in Elkridge”
Delicious bagels. Sandwiches are a little expensive but good quality and fresh. I love the jalepeno cheddar cream cheese!
It is my first time here and I ordered the breakfast special plus I ordered a cookie and a latte. All taste very good.
