If I lived in the Swabian Hall, that would be my regular place. But unfortunately, at the end of last month I was only a guest with great enthusiasm. The hedgehog hangs like a bird nest at the heights of the historic old town building. From two terraces you have a magnificent view of the chefs and the city panorama. But respect: mostly all places are occupied; However, you can always wait for a table to be free. The operation has an eye on it. In addition to the delicious breakfast options, there are creative snacks every day. I love the hearty toasts that are very colorful. We had one with fried eggs (baked to the point), as well as a freshly baked leaf cake. The delicacies are of course also free from caffeine. The tea is very nice served with candy sugar on a tray. But the absolute hit is the cocktails and drinks in a dazzling variety and creativity. At very low prices. Had a small sprayed Gin Tonic (with Bombay Saphir) for lush 2,90 euros. For a happy hour from 7 pm, all cocktails are available at half price. The service is spoken, awakened and not fallen to the mouth. If you spend a long time here (which is quite understandable), you will find a lot printed. A wonderful location!
